An Edge Lit PDU (positional display unit) is a modern, acrylic display unit with illuminated numbers that flash green when ready and red when busy, providing clear, stylish visual guidance within the Tensator SLQ5 Call Forward System.

A high-definition display unit available in 32″ or 55″, featuring visual and audio call-forward messages to guide customers. It supports customizable media content, offers battery or mains power options, and can play advertisements or promotional messages while customers are waiting.

A wireless, rechargeable device with a long battery life, used by staff to call the next customer in line. When pressed, it activates an audio message, updates the Digital Totem or CDU, and changes the color of the Edge Lit PDU, clearly directing customers to the correct service position.
